Ingredients:
you will need
100g of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
2 tablespoon of golden syrup
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
Method:
1. put all the ingredients except the bicarbonate of soda into a saucepan and place on a low heat
2. stir until all sugar has dissolved. raise the heat slightly so that bubbles, and stir occasionally until you cannot feel any sugar at the bottom
3.take off heat
4.add bicarbonate
5.watch what happens
6.pour out into your tinfoil sheet
7.allow to cool
