yesterday I was lighting a bunsen burner and changing it to a blue flame and back into an orange flame again by using the air hole on the bunsen burner 

What health and safety rules needed to be in place to ensure you and your group were safe during the practical?

to wash and clean your hands before you start cooking.

If you could change anything about this experience what would it be and why?

nothing because it was fun
